They follow through on all timelines and you will be very happy with their work and great communication. I highly recommend this excellent company! They truly care and own the project! I bought this for my wife, as an anniversary gift and it goes perfect with our pool and backyard. Its like a vacation getaway in our backyard!!

I have to say we are thrilled with how our Palapa turned out. The Best Palapa's is a great company to work with. I was hesitant on getting some features and the size right and called the office multiple times a day for several days to ask questions and the lady that answered the phone was the nicest and sincerest with me and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The owners Marcos and Daniel were very professional and friendly. They made sure that you were getting what you wanted and their crew delivered. They were even willing to work with me on prices of a few things even though their prices were very reasonable. Our Palapa turned out way better than we could have imagined. We are very happy and would definitely use them in the future. Thanks again for a great job from Joey, Rose and the rest of the Garcia family!

This company provided me with a 24x14 backyard Palapa. I am thrilled with their level of professionalism and quality of their work. I would absolute recommend them to anyone that is looking to create a vacation oasis /escape on their property. These guys are top notch and know what they are doing and I could not be happier!
